Tamara and Juanjo decided to give themselves a wedding gift, and that gift was for me to create a work that represented them. Their words moved me: “Eva, we want those crystal-clear waters with that blend of your essence in the water. Although we adore Menorca, it isn’t so much that you represent it, but that you capture your essence for us… that within the frame we propose, you turn this place into a piece in which we can see you.” And my imagination took flight across a sea of crystal-clear waters and contrasts of powerful light, offering them a refuge that would belong to them alone. That is how “Eros” was born.
