This website shows the work of Eva Jurado and receives requests for commissioned works, exhibitions and collaborations. Available works can be reserved through the website; payment is made afterwards, through a secure payment link that we send when the reservation is confirmed. Each commission is quoted and agreed separately, in writing. The terms of purchase, shipping and returns are set out in Shipping and returns.

By using the website you undertake to do so lawfully: without damaging it or harming other people, without sending illegal or offensive content and without attempting to access areas that are not public. The information you give us in the forms must be true.

3. Intellectual property

The works shown on this website are original creations by Eva Jurado, who retains all copyright in them, including when the physical work has been sold. The photographs, videos, texts and signature belong to Eva Jurado or are used with the permission of their authors. The Green Maiden logos and trademarks belong to Green Maiden, S.L.

They may not be copied, reproduced, printed, distributed, transformed or used to train artificial intelligence systems, in whole or in part, without written authorisation. You may share links to the website and its content on social media using each network's own tools, crediting the artist.

4. Liability

We work to ensure that the information on the website is correct and up to date, but there may be occasional errors or interruptions for technical reasons. The dimensions, timescales and other details of each work are indicative until they are confirmed in the commission proposal.

The website contains links to third-party sites, such as greenmaiden.art. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
