Shipping and returns

Available works: reservation and payment

Each work is a unique, original piece signed by Eva Jurado, and is delivered with its certificate of authorship. To acquire one, click “Reserve this work” or write to us at artworks@greenmaiden.art. We will reply with the shipping quote for your destination and a secure payment link. The work is reserved in your name while payment is completed.

Shipping and collection

We ship anywhere in the world with specialist fine-art transport, made-to-measure packaging and insurance in transit. The cost depends on the destination and on the size and weight of each work, so we calculate it case by case and confirm it before payment. You can also collect it in person at the studio.

Once payment is confirmed, we will let you know the dispatch date and the expected delivery time. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply, payable by the recipient.

Receipt

Check the packaging on delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the carrier's delivery slip and write to us within the following 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the work, so that we can handle the insurance claim.

Right of withdrawal (available works)

If you buy an available work at a distance as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Let us know in writing at artworks@greenmaiden.art. The work must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition and with its certificate; the costs and insurance of the return are borne by you. We will refund the amount paid, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the work.

Commissioned works

Commissioned works are created to each client's specifications and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned (Article 103(c) of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). A commission is confirmed by payment of 50% of the price, which is non-refundable once confirmed; the remaining 50% is paid on delivery.
